"Intolerance Dance" tells in oniric key the story of a juggler (innocent and naïf poet) who along with other people are arrested in a concentration camp where not only their material possessions but also their souls are taken away from them and where their wishes of creativity will sleep eternally.

The whole film is full of premonitory dreams that produce the "juggler" (who is the main character of the story) a constant transformation that leads him to confound the real world with his fantasies.

"Man will only be able to save himself from the absence of a creative and magic destiny in the world by sacrificing intolerance".

The story takes place during two different periods: 1943 (last years of World War II) and 1990/1993 (when the Berlin wall fell, beginning of war in Yugoslavia; a revolt in Los Angeles, the apparition of the first Nazi "skin head" groups; the event in the Tien an men park; the development of the Gulf war).

The language of the film is poetic-expressionist. This new aesthetics in Butoh is the result of integrating different expressive languages (dance, theater, music, singing, poetry and technology), all at the service of the creative idea.

This union of language comes near the expressive current of the future because communication through immage and its contents, are comprehensible in the whole planet. To create by uniting different languages is a new Babel Tower where we can find in a same language that of the metaphor of feelings.

The setting up was made in Argentina at the Centro Televisivo Arquidiocesano.

"Intolerance Dance" made its début in Buenos Aires for the press and public on Wednesday December 6, 1995 at the Japanese Garden of Buenos Aires.
